►1.Introduction of Refrigerator Crusher:

After being removed the fluorine and compressor, the used refrigerator can be crushed and recycled by the dedicated four-axis crusher, secondary crusher and bubble film crusher for the complete processing. It has the features of low energy consumption, large capacity, cost effective, low maintenance cost, good performance.

►2.Working Principle:

In the crushing processing stage, winnowing equipment and specialized device are used to process bubble film and dust removal;

Use magnetic separation device to separate the ferrous metal with iron content materials;

Sort the non-ferrous metals and non-metallic materials with the eddy current sorting equipment;

Sound processing by centralized dust removal and activated carbon gas filter;

The full process adopts PLC control system and dynamic real-time monitoring.
