Scrap tire recycling production line could process nylon and radial tires automatically, the outer diameter of tires could be maximum 1,200mm, if the outer diameter of tire is more than 1,200mm, like 1500mm, 2000mm, 3600mm, 4000mm, then we need to pre-treatment, cutting big tire into small pieces no more than 1,200mm, at the same time separating and collecting steels and fibers from waste tires.
 
The processing capacity of scrap tire recycling production line could be 300-4,000kg per hour and output rubber granule could be 1-120mesh with water cooling down system. Below are the Equipments in scrap tire recycling production line:

Tires circle cutter cut open the joint of the tire’s side and top.
Tire strip cutter cut the circle of the tire into 5-8cm strips.
Tires slice cutter cut the strips into chunks about 3.5 cubic centimeters.
Rims separator makes the steel rims and the rubber on the mouth of tire separated.
Rubber crusher is designed to crush the waste tire into rubber powder/particles.
Magnetic separator separates the fine wire steel or metal from the rubber powder.
